Sahara Reporters founder Omoyele Sowore has made a highly controversial claim that he was the brain behind the ongoing nationwide protest against the Special Anti-robery Squad (SARS).
In an Instagram live conversation with popular media personality Ifedayo Olarinde a.k.a. Daddy Freeze, the politician and Newspaper publisher boldy stated that he started the first #EndSARS protest last week in Abuja.
“My stand is very clear in public domain…in fact I started in Abuja the first End SARS protest last Thursday,” he said.
What led to those comments by Sowore was not revealed in the short video which was posted on the Twitter account of Reno Omokri.

Meanwhile, Newsblenda reported few weeks ago that Omoyele Sowore invited Burna Boy to join him in his planned protest on October 1, but the music star turned him down.
