It is quite obvious that the country is hard. So, here are 4 ways to protect you mental health despite the hardship in the country:

1. Forget about saving money and eat healthy foods: You don’t have to go hungry because you want to save. Use your money to buy good food and eat first.

2. Do what makes you happy: Engage in activities that make you happy. It could be watching a movie, drawing, playing football, or even sleeping.

 

3. Log out of the internet, stop listening to radio and TV stations for a while: Rumours and bad news spread faster via social media. Sometimes, you need to stop keeping tabs on the news for your own peace of mind.

 

4. Watch TV shows: You don’t have to let the hardship of the country to weigh you down or spoil your mood. You can unwind by watching interesting reality TV shows.
