Recent reports indicates that those boys kidnapped from Government Science Secondary School in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State on Friday have been released by their abductors.
The news was disclosed in a recent tweet by Nigerian human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore, popularly called Yele Sowore

Newsblenda reported that the students were abducted by armed bandits alleged to be terrorist group Boko Haram at about 10:45 pm on Friday December 12, 2020.
More than 300 students were missing after the attack on Government Science Secondary School in Kankara, according to the statement by the Katsina State Governor Aminu Masari.
