Yul Edochie officially rejoins APGA

Nollywood actor turned politician, Yul Edochie has officially rejoined Nigerian political party – All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).

The popular film star made the announcement known on Monday, in one of his regular post on Instagram.

He wrote:

“Back to APGA. Nkea bu nke anyi!

“Yesterday, in the company of my beautiful wife, May Yul-Edochie @mayyuledochie

“Nteje ward 5 APGA Chairman, Ikenweilo Kenneth Tochukwu, and my People Kelvin Okonkwo, Chioma Emenike @realchiomaemenike Kenneth Ejiubu.”

He also posted some pictures he took with his wife, May Yul Edochie and some members of the party, on their visit to a ward chairman on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actor left his position in APGA to join People’s Democratic Party (PDP), two years. He reportedly made the switch because he wanted more supporters.

“Today I gave up my position as SSA to Governor of Anambra & joined the PDP with tons of my supporters to give 100% support to @atiku & @PeterObi…” he wrote on Twitter.

Yul has also contested for governorship in Anambra State under the Democratic People’s Congress (DPC).
