The fight was between the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC) members.
It all started when the presiding Speaker, Joe Osei-Owusu stood up from his chair to cast his vote in favour of the e-levy.
The opposition lawmakers got angry on seeing the presiding Speaker trying to cast his vote in favour of the e- levy.
The opposition lawmakers attempted to stop the Speaker from casting his vote because according to the rules guiding the parliament, ‘Speakers’ should be neutral.
