Bruno Fernandes Dazzle As Portugal Beat Israel Ahead Of Euro 2020
Portugal are one of the favourites to win Euro 2020 this summer thanks to the likes of Bruno Fernandes and scored twice and created a goal for Cristiano Ronaldo as Portugal completed preparations for their European Championship defence with a comfortable win against Israel.
Two minutes after finding the bottom corner for Portugal’s opener, Fernandes threaded a pass to Ronaldo to double the advantage before half-time.
Joao Cancelo added a late third before Fernandes competed the victory.

Portugal’s Euro 2020 hopes
The likes of Ruben Dias, Joao Cancelo, Diogo Jota and Renato Sanches are all entering Euro 2020 in fantastic form and that’s before we mention the small matter of Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, arguably the biggest area in which Portugal have improved their ranks since Euro 2016 has been in attacking midfield because they now have a certain Bruno Fernandes at their disposal.

The Manchester United general was between spells at Udinese and Sampdoria when Portugal conquered the continent in 2016 and wouldn’t make his international debut until the following year.
Euro was supposed to be played in 2020, but was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Portugal start their Euro 2020 campaign against Hungary on Tuesday.
