In a video posted on Ubi Franklin’s Instagram page, the pathetic officer was captured in vulnerable condition with his gun.
Those leading him asked where his station was and where he was heading to, but he couldn’t respond because he was highly intoxicated.
“We are ending you people,” one of the young men said in frustration.

If truly this is an officer of the police force, then he has brought calamity upon himself. Officers getting drunk in full police uniform is an embarrassment to the constabulary. It is not warranted under any circumstance.
How could this one possibly protect lives and properties in such a vulnerable state? Is he not part of the reason why people are campaigning for police reform?
