These foods are already part of us and we either take them as breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Noodles is another food common to Nigerians. These days, not only children enjoy this dish, even adults eat it too. Noodles is very cheap, easy and fast to cook and it can be served with either egg, sardine or any other type of protein.
Garri can be termed as a life-saver for Nigerians. It is a good that is quite affordable and you cannot do without it. Garri can be used to prepare eba or be taken like that with milk, sugar, cold water and groundnut.
Bread is one of the major foods in Nigeria. Bread comes in different types and sizes and can be eaten at any time of the day.
Plantain is another food Nigerians love. Plantain is easy to prepare and can be used as either a side dish or main dish.
