Rice is one of the most common foods in Nigeria. There is almost no home that do not have rice as a meal, it can be cooked white and eaten with stew, sauce and other varieties.
Jellof rice is the most common of all, especially the party jellof rice which tastes better. Every child anticipates eating a party jellof rice in ceremonies, including adults too.
There are also Special recipies like coconut rice, which is not as common and easily prepared as jellof rice.
