‘It Is Impossible That There Is Another Like Messi’ – David Beckham

Back to the old argument about Messi and  Cristiano Ronaldo again. This time it’s former England star David Beckham who has entered the GOAT debate.

The former Real Madrid, Manchester United and PSG star however reckons that Barcelona captain Lionel Messi is not in anyone’s class.

In an interview with Telam Beckham said:

“He [Messi] is alone in his class as a player, it is impossible that there is another like him.

“He, like Cristiano Ronaldo, who is not at his level, are both above the rest.”

Beck the stylist also talked about when he faced Messi in the Champions League for Paris Saint-Germain in 2013, noting: “We were ahead and then he came on and Barcelona scored.”

Messi and Ronaldo have dominated football for over a decade, winning 11 of the last 12 Ballon d’Or awards.

Leo, however is a level above Cristiano after winning a record sixth ballon d’Or award in December against the Portuguese five.
