Kanye West reveals who told him to contest for U.S. Presidency

American rapper Kanye West have revealed the identity of the one that encouraged him to contest for U.S. Presidency.

In an interview with Forbes Magazine, the Grammy Award winner claimed that God called him to contest for the Political position.

The 43-year-old billionaire artist believes God appoints Presidents and that it may come this time around for him or at the next ballot in 2024.

“Let’s see if the appointing is at 2020 or if it’s 2024 — because God appoints the president,” he said.

“If I win in 2020 then it was God’s appointment. If I win in 2024 then that was God’s appointment.”

When asked if he had supported the interim President Donald Trump, West backtracked, but commended Trump for allowing God to still be part of his policies.

“It looks like one big mess to me,” he said.

“Trump is the closest president we’ve had in years to allowing God to still be part of the conversation.

It’s no surprise that West seems to be so devoted to God. He publicly declared his Christian faith last year, which led to his gospel album (Sunday Service), that went nationwide.

Meanwhile, West have reportedly chosen Michelle Tidball, who runs a Christian life-coaching organization, to be his running mate for the 2020 Presidency.
