Nigerian afrobeat star Burna Boy has just released a brand new song entitled, “Wonderful.”
It is the first single from Burna Boy’s forthcoming album ‘Twice as Tall’, set to arrive this summer and also a follow-up to the release of his previous record, “Odogwu.”
The highly acclaimed African Giant, who was recently nominated for the 2020 BET award said in a press release, that “Wonderful” serves as a note that no matter how far you go, or how hard you work; you must be ready to come home (Africa).
“It serves as a note that no matter how far you go, or how hard you work; you must be ready to come home, the pandemic forced us all to take refuge in our homes.
“Above all, Africa is home, it is the motherland to all people. For us to truly matter, Africa has to matter,” Burna said in a press statement.
