Do you know that Cornflakes was not the original intention of the inventor? John Kellogg, the inventor of Cornflakes, and his brother tried to come up with a dough they could use. After they boiled wheat and let it dry, they tried to come up with the dough by putting it through rolls and it came out as flakes instead. They toasted the flakes and the rest of the story became history.

Cornflakes is one of the most eaten cereal breakfasts globally. It is packed with vitamins A, B, C, D, E. When taken in moderation, Cornflakes can be beneficial to your health and is a healthier option as compared to most cereals.
