The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled out the arguments by Donald Trump’s campaign that Republican election observers were improperly denied access to monitor ballot counting in Philadelphia.

President Trump’s campaign challenged the legitimacy of the ballot counts by citing in a legal document that their observers were kept some distance away from the ballot-counting in Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties.

The Supreme Court however ruled that the Philadelphia election officials did not violate the state law by keeping the observers some distance away from ballots.

This ruling could harm Donald Trump’s related legal effort in the federal court, and if that, which is likely should happen, then President-elect Joe Biden will reclaim his victory not only in Pennsylvania, but also nationally.

Democrat Joe Biden is currently projected to win 306 electoral votes. He emerged the projected winner of the U.S. presidential election with over 270 electoral vote minimum, on November 7.
