Dementia describe a group of symptoms affecting the memory, thoughts or social abilities which can interfer with your daily life.

Dementia generally involves memory loss and has Alzheimer’s disease as its most common cause. And can affect people differently, thereby, causing different symptoms.

However, dementia symptoms might be reversible depending on the cause.

One of the surest ways to determine of dementia is present in a person is through laboratory test. It can be down with variety of blood and urine samples or even samples of spinal fluid.

 

3. Scan (Brain Imaging) 

It looks at the structure of the brain and looks out for brain tumor or blood clot. The scan detects patterns of brain tissues.

 

4. Cognitive test 

This test is done to assess thinking ability, language, attention, and problem-solving.
