Nigerian Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai has commented on the recent documentary by CNN on the massacre of peaceful #EndSARS protesters at Lekki Toll-Gate on October 20.

Several questions have been raised with regards to Nigerian Army’s involvement in the shooting of the peaceful #EndSARS protesters in Lagos. CNN came up with some video evidence of the shooting, while also alleging that live bullets similar to those of the Nigerian Army were used on the protesters.

The Chief of Army Staff however told some members of the House of Representatives committee at Army headquarters on Wednesday, that the Nigerian Army are professional and will never operate outside the rules of engagement.
