Sahara Reporters recently alleged that she relocated to Dubai over insecurity in Aso Rock Villa.

In a bid to get a better understanding of the First Lady’s whereabouts, Channels TV presenter Kayode Okikiolu invited the Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity (Office of the First Lady), Aliyu Abdullahi, to a discussion.

Then he asked him: “Can you tell us, is the wife of the President in the country?”.

At first Mr. Aliyu pretended not to understand the question, but later told Kayode that it was not part of what he was invited to discuss.

The presenter reminded him that the information will help Nigerians make informed discussions when next it appears on the media.

Reluctantly, the SA said that the First Lady, although married to the President, is entitled to her own right of privacy and can choose not speak on a subject at any point in time.
