Nollywood actor and Politician Desmond Elliot has come out to exonerate himself from blame after receiving several backlash for his recent comments.
Recall that the 46-year-old actor and Member of Lagos State House of Assembly, was spotted in a video currently trending on the internet, pushing for a bill against the use of social media in Nigeria.
He literally forgot the fact that social media was very instrumental to his political appointment some years ago.

However, in his recent video interview with Arise News, Hon. Desmond admitted that he didn’t use the right words and that he blames his statements on his emotions.
But he reassured that he is with the youths on the #EndSARS campaign. He even stated that part the reasons he came into politics was to bring about change for the young people.
