Ahmed Gulak’s Son Reveals What His Father Told Him Before He Was Killed In Imo State
Former Presidential Aide to President Jonathan, Barrister Ahmed Gulak was killed during an ambush yesterday.
According to reports, the former Presidential Aide was ambushed by unknown gunmen on his way to Owerri Airport in Imo State.

The police reports that Ahmed Gulak did not go to the Airport with any security detail. He only took a cab to drop him at the Airport; little did he know that he was being trailed by some unknown gunmen. The bandits blocked his car, identified him and shot him down.
President Buhari expressed outrage and disgust over the heinous murder of Ahmed Gulak. In the statement that was released by President Buhari’s Aide, Garba Shehu, the President declares that he will ensure that all resources at disposal will be used to bring the callous and criminal elements responsible for the death of Gulak to justice. Shortly after the statement was released, the Police Intelligence team started tracking the assailants down and within the blink of an eye, they identified the criminals.
The Imo State Commissioner of Police, Abutu Yaro announced that they have killed the suspected killers of Ahmed Gulak in a Combined Operatives of the command’s Tactical Units, Intelligence Response Team and Police Mobile Force.

The Police further reports that they identified the perpetrators based on eyewitness account, particularly the driver of the vehicle conveying Ahmed Gulak.
He gave vivid description of the assailants and the vehicles they used in carrying out the operation. The Police swung into action and neutralized the criminals.
What Were The Last Words Of Ahmed Gulak To His Son Before He Was Murdered?
The son of Ahmed Gulak, Mohammed Gulak has disclosed that he spoke with his father on Saturday but he never imagined that would be the last time he will hear his Father’s voice. Mohammed says he can never forget his last conversation with his father. “I called him at exactly 8pm on Saturday to greet him and wish him safe journey as he returns back home the following day. He was very happy and he told me that ‘God bless you my son’”- Mohammed discloses.
Speaking about how they were informed about his death, Mohammed says they were waiting for their father’s driver to pick them from their home to the airport to go and welcome their father, only for them to hear that he had been killed. He says that it was their Father’s PA that broke the news to them while they were preparing to go and welcome him in the arrival.
