After their peaceful election, see the ugly incidence allegedly happening in Ghana (Video)

Election observers had praised Ghana for its relatively peaceful election, which also have largely been deemed free and fair by most people.

However, tensions have risen following a video of a chaotic incident which allegedly occurred after the said peaceful election that ended three days ago.

The video which was originally posted by Hitz 103.9 FM Ghana, shows where the Ghanaian Police Service and the military men had to scare an angry mob away from an electoral office, by firing in the air.

Though what led to the chaos is yet to be fully ascertained, but it seems it had to do with the election results.

Meanwhile, the incumbent president Nana Addo Akufo-Addo was on Wednesday, declared winner of the country’s presidential election. Akufo Ado polled 51.59 per cent as against main opposition candidate John Mahama’s 47.36 per cent of votes.
