A very naughty Okada rider has gotten people talking on social media after he was caught misbehaving in the middle of a very busy road.
The man was spotted in a trending video caressing a lady’s laps while they queued up for a traffic along the road.
Even when it was very obvious that people around him were observing what he was doing, it didn’t stop him from doing his thing. The lady in question also acted as if nothing was happening.
