Since the new Nigerian currency was released by the Central Bank of Nigeria, most Nigerians have reacted negatively to the redesigned currency.

For some people, the new currency has no much difference from the old one while other think Nigerian government spent too much money in redesigning the currency.

Recently, a Nigerian lady showed what the new currency looks like after being drenched by rain.

The new currency was released on 15 Decent 2022 and will go fully into circulation by 15 January 2023.
