NBBF D’Tigers dedicates Olympic victories to late Sound Sultan

The Nigerian Basketball dream team D’Tigers’ has dedicated their victories over US and Argentina to late singer Olanrewaju Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan.

Sound Sultan was a basketball fan when he was living and he actively worked hard to promote the sport in Lagos and Nigeria.

D’Tigers took to social media to pay tribute to late Sound Sultan after their big win against USA and Argentina in their preparation for the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

D’Tigers defeated 4th ranked Argentina with a dominating 94-71 scoreline in Las Vegas on Monday. This comes a day after they pulled off a shocker against world best team USA.
