Ex Roma coach Jose Mourinho has backed his best friend Jose Poseiro and the Nigerian national football team Super Eagles to win the 2023 African Cup of Nations.
He expressed his support in an interview with Football.com. The ‘Special One’ revealed that Jose Poseiro is his best friend in football and that they spent over 5 years in school. Mourinho said he wants his best friend to win the AFCON because no Portuguese coach has ever achieved that feat on African soil.
