Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has written an open letter to the President and Vice President-elect of the United States, Joe Biden Kamala Harris felicitating with with them on their victory as the next world leaders.
Jonathan expressed hope that Biden will provide national and global leadership that will set the post.
