INEC officials refuse to transmit FESTAC results to server

 

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials conducting the presidential and Senatorial election in Festac Town and Ago Palace-Way areas of Lagos we refused to transmit the results to the commission’s server.

INEC officials in most polling unit in these areas were seen refusing to transmit the results after they had been announced.

Even though party agents in polling units on 111 Road road and 41 Roads insisted that the INEC Officials transmit the results to INEC server.

Also, people feared that the INEC Officials has plot to rig election when they get to the local government headquarters. .

The same situation was also reported in most parts of the town, however, party officers and voters insisted that the results must be transmitted.
