Nigerian politician and lawyer Femi Fani-Kayode has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to put a stop to the incessant attacks by the killer Fulani herdsmen or face the consequences.
In one of his regular updates on social media, Chief Kayode pointed out that it is very unlawful for the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria sometimes called MACBAN, to threaten the lives of the Igbos for no justifiable reason.

Hence he warned the President to reign in the killer herdsmen for peace and unity of the nation or face the outcome. FFK however noted that any attack on the Igbos could incite a reaction from other tribes, because “the Igbos are not on their own”.
He wrote:
“Disgusted that Miyetti Allah threatened the lives of Igbos. This is not the way forward & does not augur well for peace, unity & national reconciliation.
“N.B. This is not 1967 & this time around the Igbos are not on their own. If you want peace reign in the killer herdsmen.”
