Breast massages can improve the appearance of the breasts. If you have saggy breasts, regular massage can make it look better, because massages increase blood flow to the breast, and using oils like olive oil while massaging it makes the breasts firmer.

2. Helps in early detection of cancer 

Statistics have shown that more than 25% of women who discovered they had breast cancer did so by self examination. Massaging the breasts regularly can help women identify lumps or abnormalities in their breasts.

3. Removes toxins from the breast 

Regular breast massages can help prevent lymphedema by getting rid of toxins in the lymph system.

Lymphedema is a condition where the lymphatic system is damaged, thereby allowing fluid and waste to build up in the vessels in the breasts.

 

4. It helps in reducing pain during breastfeeding 

For new new mothers, breastfeeding can be quite painful, but studies have shown that massaging the breasts for at least 30 minutes every day can help reduce the pain.
