Nigerians have successfully dug up an old video of singer Seun Kuti saying he has given several policemen slaps in the past.

The Nigerian musician and son of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer in Lagos on Monday. Following his recent apprehension by the law enforcement agents, Nigerians who are clamouring for his prosecution, shared an old video of him bragging of smacking numerous officers.

He said this while boldly advising his fans to retaliate instead of complain whenever an officer hits them.
