Thief caught while trying to flee with items he stole from a student lodge in Cartwright, UNN

According to eyewitness, the thief confidently broke into a lodge located at Margurette Cartwright Avenue, University of Nigeria, Nsukka without any form of disturbance.

Students left some of their valuable belongings like LCD Television, standing fan, home theater, generator, refrigerator and other things in their rooms and travelled before the lockdown.

The burglar was so greedy that he tried to carry everything at once, but people around suspected he was a thief and immediately seized him.

They gave him a general beating before he confessed that he stole the items.
