Addressing criticism about her win during an interview with Arise News, Chidimma Adetshina stated that she deserved her success and rejected claims of a “pity win.” She emphasized the effort she put in, recounting the challenging 10-week experience in South Africa, where she endured rigorous training alongside other contestants.
“I don’t think it was a pity win,” Chidimma Adetshina said. “I worked so hard, coming from the South Africa journey. We all went through the same process, and I believe I had the same experience as other contestants.”
Her perseverance and dedication earned her the crown, and she continues to prove that her success was achieved through hard work.
