Super Eagles head coach Gernot recently released a provisional list of 31 players for the upcoming friendly match against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.

The list is mostly dominated by strikers that have been very impressive in for their various clubs this season.

Although the 13 invited strikers earned their call up as a result of their club form and individual abilities, but five of them (Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Osimhen, Simy Nwankwo, Paul Onuachu and Terem Moffi) have been very spectacular.

They have now scored a combined 100 club goals this season, a first of it’s kind in the history of the Nigerian national football.
