In a statement released by Falana’s legal team, they characterized VDM’s comments as “defamatory and misleading,” asserting that neither Femi Falana nor his son has ever engaged with Bobrisky regarding any alleged pardon. Falana has given VDM a strict 24-hour ultimatum to retract his statements or face legal repercussions, including potential monetary damages.
