The school authorities of Benue State University Makurdi, have released the names and registration numbers of 34-students that will face the disciplinary committee over their social media posts.
The names of those students were found in a recent letter addressed to the Dean of their various faculties through the vice chancellor of the University Professor Msugh Moses Kembe.

According to the letter which was dated 9th June 2021, the under-listed students are to appear before the advisory committee on students discipline on Tuesday June 22, 2021.
The students were accused of misconduct and undisciplined behaviour/disruptive expressions on social media, which was said to have portrayed the school in a negative perspective.
