Their attempted robbery was foiled when they collided with a military vehicle belonging to a 1-star Army General while trying to kidnap a victim. Motorists, suspecting foul play, blocked their escape route, leading to a dramatic chase captured in a viral video as close by residents gave them a hot chase.
