The business of real estate is good because it also provides opportunities for others to work in the sector as public relations officers and even accountants.

 

2. Agriculture

Agriculture is a broad sector that some persons are already into. Involving in agriculture as a business is very lucrative and wide because there are many sub-sector under Agriculture.

A person could decide to go into crop farming and farm staple foods like rice, cassava, yam and beans.

The business of crop farming is in seasons, so anybody who wishes to engage in the business of crop farming should be knowledgeable of the right season to plant and harvest.

Also, animal rearing such as poultry farming, snail farming and pig farming are sources of making good money in Nigeria because people would always be in demand for meat.

 

3. Hotel and Hospitality

The business of hotel and Hospitality is one business that brings money to the owners. It may require huge capital to start, but when the business begins one will certainly recover Money used in building and making other management. Running clubhouses and event centres too will be a good source of business.

 

4. Food/catering services

People would always eat at work or on occasions. The food business is a type of business that we can easily see around our vicinity. We have the local food vendors, the local restaurants and even those who run their business online by running good deliveries to those that need it.

Catering services involves cooking for events and getting paid. When people have events they usually require the service of caterers to cover the area of food which they get paid for it.

 

5. Transportation

As long as people exist, the business of transportation will continue to strive because people would always move or travel from one place to the other and they cannot engage in all these activities on foot.

Transportation as a business will entail you to provide means of transportation that people can pay for.

In the transportation business, one can seek partners or investors that can help in the start of the business.

 

6. Oil and gas

The oil and gas business may require a lot of capital for a start, but it is one business that people would always patronise because people consume oil and gas either for the running of their vehicles or for cooking at home (cooking gas).

 

7. Fashion

The fashion sector is a very broad business sector because people will never get tired of looking nice and trendy.

The fashion industry covers footwear, clothes, bags, accessories, just name it!

So, if you can satisfy people’s fashion taste then you have a good business to run.
