1. Get Adequate sleep 

Sleeping can help reduce stress which may be a trigger for headaches. People who get Adequate sleep of about 7-8 hours daily tend to have lower complaints of headaches than those who sleep less.

 

2. Eliminate certain diets 

If you notice that taking certain foods or using certain spices to cook causes you headaches then it’s time to get rid of it. Take foods that will not cause issues to your health.

 

3. Stay hydrated 

Dehydration is a great contributing factor to headaches. And people who stay without water for a long time tend to experience headaches the more.

Stay hydrated and experience fewer headaches.

4.  Sleep in a dark room

When experiencing headaches, it is advisable to sleep in a room without light. It helps you to relax with less distraction.

Sometimes, too much of bright lights can get one distracted and cause a headache.

 

5. Stay away from alcohol

Alcohol can trigger migraine. It is a vasodilator, which means that it widens blood vessels and allows blood to flow more freely. Being a vasodilator, alcohol can cause headaches.
