Mindfulness is a form of meditation that allows you to become focused on your thoughts or a specific action. It makes you feel self-conscious about the way you interact with others.

2. Learn to slow down

Speak more slowly rather than rush to complete a thought or finish your speech. Take a deep breath and your speech slowly.

3. Practice

Get a close friend or family to help you practice speaking. Practice in a safe environment that will help you feel at ease with speaking to yourself or the people around you.

4. Record yourself

Recording yourself while talking helps you progress. It allows you to know the areas and words you are doing well in. Your smartphone can be a good tool for this.

5. Special aid

A specialized ear device called a special monitor can be helpful. This device uses delay in frequency and feedback to help you speak more fluently. You could speak to your doctor for recommended aid.
