If you are very tired, then you should drink a lot of water because every day we lose water as a result of routine bodily processes such as breathing and urinating, and we also engage in strenuous activities.

2. Don’t drink a lot of water at once

You don’t have to wake up and gulp down a gallon of water – a glass or two is fine.

There is no proof that a lot of water accelerates your metabolism. Drinking one litre of water per hour is just fine.

3. Cold water is good for you

Drinking cold water won’t constrict nor will it make it more difficult to digest meals. You will even be more hydrated and relaxed when you drink cold water.

4. Always drink water with alcohol

Since alcohol is a diuretic, it causes your body to produce more urine, and frequent urination causes dehydration.

Drink one glass of water for every cup of coffee or alcoholic beverage.

5. Drink a lot of water whenever you take drugs

It is necessary to drink a lot of water whenever you take drugs. A full glass of water can prevent your oesophagus from becoming irritated and trapped with drugs.

It also aids in the body’s improved absorption of water-soluble vitamins.
