1. Wholegrains 

Wholegrains like brown rice, oatmeal, wholegrain bread are quite rich in vitamin A, which protects cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Furthermore, vitamin A is known to support brain health as you get older.

Berries, especially blue berries are quite rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and phytonutrients that help stimulate the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain, thereby improving brain concentration.

3. Fish 

Fish contains an adequate amount of omega-3 acid, which has been linked to healthy brain function by increasing blood flow in the brain. These fishes include, salmon, mackerel, sardines, etc.

 

4. Eggs 

Eggs contain a lot of helpful vitamins for brain improvement. Egg yolk is also rich in choline which is essential for improving the meomory-boosting chemical, acetylcholine.

 

5. Nuts 

Nuts are a good source of vitamin A, which helps prevent cognitive decline, especially in elderly people.
