Being cold at certain times is a natural phenomenon and cannot be done away with entirely. However, people can experience moments or things that make them feel cold easily. Everyone’s body temperature is slightly different and react differently to different seasons and environment.

1. Vitamin B12 deficiency 

Vitamin  B12 is water soluble that play a role in keeping your central nervous system in check and form red blood cells. If you are deficit of vitamin B12, it can lead to anaemia which can damage small nerves in your body and make you feel cold all the time. If you find yourself under this category, you may need to improve in your intake of vitamin B12 through fruits or supplements.

 

2. You have peripheral artery diseases

Peripheral artery disease is a circulation issue that can narrow your artery, and when this happens, it reduces your blood flow to your limbs. If you develop peripheral artery disease your legs may not get enough blood flow to keep up with their needs. And that may cause symptoms such as making you feel cold.

3. You’ve lost weight 

Before you complain of excess cold, you may need to check your body weight. Body fat helps you to conserve heat, so if a you  have lower body weight, you’re more likely to feel chilly.

 

4. You are not getting enough sleep

Sleep is an essential requirement to help you regulate your body temperature. If you don’t get enough sleep, you might start experiencing cold moments constantly.
