According to a popular belief, pregnant women are not advised to leave the house in the afternoon, especially when it is sunny, because it is believed that evil spirit might take possession of the child, but this isn’t quite true.

Pregnant women are advised not to go out to see masquerades, if not, the baby in their womb will resemble the masquerade. Or even worse, it can cause your fetus to pass away.
