Mensuration is normal to every female. Some persons experience theirs early while some experience theirs late.

Mensuration comes with cramps that may be evident at the beginning of a blood flow or at the end while some persons may even be lucky enough, not to experience cramps.

Relieving menstral pain would entail the abstinence from taking certain foods and engaging in certain habits.
