Heat rash is a skin condition that often occurs when the weather is hot. It usually appears as small clusters of tiny raised bulbs on the infected skin.

Aside from making the rough surface of the skin rough, heat rash is associated with a burning sensation.

1. Wear light clothes

When you want to treat heat rash, avoid clothes that will make your skin irritate. The clothes you wear should be light and breathable. You could go for loose cotton fabric or natural fabrics that will help blood circulate properly in the body.

2. Aloe vera

Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help the body to cool down. Aloe vera can also soothe swelling am pain on the skin.

 

3. Unscented talcum powder (white powder) 

Unscented talcum powder helps to reduce sweat by absorbing perspiration and ensuring that the pores aren’t blocked. This type of powder doesn’t have a scent that can irritate the skin. Be sure to apply in areas prone to heat rash.

 

4. Fans and Air conditioner 

Being exposed to excessive sweating or humid air can worsen your skin condition. Always stay in an air-conditioned room o close to a fan.

 

5. Cold shower 

Most times, heat rashes ease the body has calmed down. So, in situations like this, bathing in a cold shower is ideal.
