Body fitness is one thing people look out for, some times it could be in particular places in the body such as belly fat, weight loss, fats in the upper arm, etc.

When the thought of fitness comes, we first think of hitting the gym which is actually nice. But there are other factors that need to be considered when hitting fitness goals. Some of these tips may not be related to exercising, rather the are random habits we exhibit on a daily basis.

See fitness tips for your fitness goals:

  1. Make every work out count. Make sure that whenever you hit the gym, you achieve a body goal before leaving.
  2. Be consistent: it is one thing to hit the gym and another to stay consistent. Set a schedule for gyming, this should include specific time and days and stick to it.
  3. Know your limits: in as much as you want to hit your goals fast, know what extent you can go to avoid causing problems for yourself.
  4. Get a fitness partner: this would help you to be accountable and steady.
  5. Eat foods that are close to its natural state.
  6. Drink water even before you are dehydrated. Don’t wait till you become very thirsty before you drink water.
  7. If you must take snacks, take healthy snacks.
  8. Try yogurt instead of ice-cream.
  9. Try working out at home too. Not going to the gym should not be an excuse for not working out.
  10. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
  11. Follow fitness gurus in social media. They should serve as a sort of inspiration.
  12. Take home may foods as much as possible.
  13. While working out, you can listen to music that keep you calm and motivate you.
  14. Add more veggies to your meal.
  15. Always get enough sleep for the day.
  16. Have a schedule to do things in order to reduce stress.
  17. Get an accountability partner: your accountability partner could be your coach, this is to make sure that your are not defaulting in your fitness schedule.
  18. Take more of sea foods like shrimps and tilapia.
  19. Eat in smaller portions rather than pouncing on a big bowl of food at once.
  20. Take gyming slow after pregnancy.
  21. Pay attention to your body and breathe. You should not start having body or breathe odour because you are on an exercising schedule.
  22. Know what works for you. There are different types of exercises that people engage in, do not engage in all. Know which one that works for you.
  23. Calculate time spent in gym, this is to help you know if you are really getting what you want from the time spent exercising.
