Weekends usually come with a feeling of relief. During weekends we are away from 9-5 jobs, free from stress and the hurdles that the week comes with.
Weekends are known to be free times and periods we rest. However, there are other activities we can carry out during weekends which can be productive and fun at the same time.

After the strenuous activity of the week, weekends are perfect for visiting museums.

Sporting activities during weekends are most enjoyed when they are done outdoor. Sports like swimming, running and jogging are perfect for weekends.

Watching a live play can be refreshing and educational. Most cinemas are open during weekends when a lot of persons are not at work.

Have a good time out and picnics at a park with your loved ones. Activities like this boost bonds shared.
12. Take a drive
You can decide to take a drive around town, for some hours just to feel good and if you just started learning how to drive this is just perfect for you.
13. Visit a library
Get your kids or yourself to a local library where they can see old books and history books.
14. Do some baking

For people who stay in estates, they may stay a whole week without knowing their neighbour. Weekends are perfect timing to go check up on who your neighbour is.

Dress up in funny attires or costumes. Take photos and keep them for memory sake.

Weekends are perfect for calling friends whom you haven’t seen or heard from for a while. It allows you to speak with them for a long time.
