Natural foods that helps in the treatment of Hepatitis

Hepatitis is a disease that affects the liver, which is an organ that helps in keeping our bodies healthy by removing impurities from the food we eat. Hepatitis can cause inflammation or fibrosis.

Hepatitis can be of different kinds and can persist for more than six months if it is deemed chronic. At this point, symptoms may not develop until the condition becomes worse.

In as much as medications are required in the treatment of hepatitis, certain foods can help too. These foods includes: vegetables, fruits, protein, grains and healthy fats.
