Can A Woman Be Pregnant For 8-Months Without Noticing It?

My friend just found out that she is 8-months pregnant.

I have been hearing about “cryptic pregnancy” – also known as “pregnancy denial” for a while now but I have not seen where it happened not until I came across it on Twitter earlier today.

A lady shocked twitter users when she tweeted that her bossom friend has been pregnant and without her knowing it.

The twitter user whose name is identified as @_ Ashants further revealed that her friend showed no signs or symptoms of pregnancy not until she has gone seven months after.

My friend just found out she's 7 months pregnant. 7 months.😭😭😭

Another twitter user who is familiar with the story shades more light on the matter.

According to @Realb_Trish, the same thing happened to her roommate.

In her words she tweeted:

She was getting fat and wasn't seeing her period and thought it was infection, she kept on treating infection then I noticed her legs were beginning to swell I asked her to go for test only for her to find out she was 8mnth pregnant

The funny thing is she noticed there was always movement in her tummy,cause she was always complaining of cramps and all
But she didn't think it would be pregnancy
According to her she never had sex

I called the guy and asked if anything like that happens and he said Never a thing like that

I disagree vehemently with you on this. I’m talking from a personal experience. My wife was almost 8months gone when we all knew she was pregnant. She had preeclampsia + something I can’t remember. In fact, when she gave birth two weeks after, no one in our family believed.
