1. Zobo

Zobo is rich in vitamin C, calcium, iron, and fiber. To make this drink, you o ly need dried zobo leaves, pineapple, ginger, sugar which can be optional, and then flavor.

Just boil the dried zobo leaves together with other ingredients, and then sieve to get rid of the leaves, while you have your zobo.

 

2. Tiger Nut Drink 

Tiger Nut Drink

This drink is also called Kunu Aya, and it is made with tiger nut. It is not only tasty but also healthy. It’s a plant source of diary products, making it healthier than most animal diary products.

3. Soya Milk 

Soya milk drink

Soya milk is quite rich in calcium, sodium and iron, and it is easily made with soya beans.

 

4. Fura Da Nono 

Fura Da Nono

This drink is like yoghurt, but with some tasty lumps. It is a northern Nigerian drink, and it is made from ground millet grains, fermented milk and fura. Fura Da Nono is also rich in vitamin B5, B12, and phosphorus.

 

5. Adoyo 

Adoyo drink

To prepare Adoyo, you only need 2 ingredients – fresh pineapple and pap. The fresh pineapple helps improve the sour taste of the pap. This drink is an excellent source of fiber and antioxidants.
