A staple beverage is peculiar to Northerners. It can be made from millet, rice, sorghum, tiger nut it maize. Kunu is a beverage that comes highly recommended for nursing mothers.
7. Brown Rice
Boosts lactation in moms, rich in fiber content that will nourish your body and give you energy. If you are in Western Nigeria, Ofada rice would do.
